Lotus Biscoff

We start with a digestive biscuit base, before pouring our Speculoos infused cheesecake mix on top. This is then topped with a Lotus Biscoff crumble. An absolute dream of a cake for all you biscuit lovers out there! And, in case you're wondering what a 'Lotus' biscuit is; it's one of those little caramel cinnamon biscuits (usually wrapped in plastic) that you often get given gratis with your coffee in a hotel/bar/restaurant.

Kinder Bueno

Created originally for an Arabian Prince, our new Kinder Bueno cheesecake is now available to everyone! Because, why should entitled billionaires have all the fun? We create a hazelnut cheesecake, run hazelnut chocolate through it (creating a rich, marbling effect), before topping it off with a thick layer of milk chocolate ganache. Each slice comes with it's own mini Kinder Bueno wafer.

Classic English Vanilla

The classic cheesecake. Sometimes referred to as 'The New York' cheesecake, this is firmly British in it's concoction! We use the very highest quality vanilla pods and extract which, when mixed together with our secret blend of cream cheeses and free-range eggs, create a heavenly combination. Best served with single pouring cream and fresh fruit. Or stuffed in the mouth, all in one go, without any faff. Your choice.

Salted Caramel

An all-time favourite! A gooey, salted caramel cheesecake that is baked and, once set, is then given a further topping of our home-made salted caramel sauce. Unashamedly decadent and perfect for that afternoon sugar-low. Or, indeed, any 'sweet-craving' attack of the munchies. Always fantastically squidgy. Expect wobbly bits.

White Chocolate & Raspberry

We mix white Belgian chocolate into our classic cheesecake mix, before being topping it with a beautifully radiant homemade raspberry coulis. The result is one that continually manages to surprise and delight our regular customers, and is eaten far too regularly by our staff members. We didn't invent the whole 'white choc and raspberry' combo, but if we ever meet the person who did, drinks are on us. Genius.

Chocolate Brownie

You love brownies. You love cheesecake. Now you can have both together. We have found a magic way to mix a nut-free chocolate brownie into our cheesecake mix. Best served with our vanilla cheesecake ice-cream for an extravagant treat. Or, go a step further and add hot chocolate sauce to the top. Just don’t use a microwave. Because, aliens.
