Sourdough loaf with the addition of pumpkin, sunflower and flax seeds, for great nutritional value. All organic ingredients, and produced using traditional methods that are kinder to your stomach.
Kamut and Buckwheat
Sourdough loaf made with two ancient organic grains: Kamut – originating from Afghanistan; and buckwheat from the himalayas. Mixed with organic wheat flour, this bread has a lovely crumb and crust.
