Green Papaya Salad
A fresh and spicy salad with shredded papaya, peanuts, carrots, tomatoes and fine beans pounded with a pestle and mortar with lime, garlic, fish sauce, chilli and palm sugar served with king prawns on top.
Spicy Pla Goong Salad (Recommended)
Thai spicy salad with king prawns. This salad used lemongrass and mint to a flavor to the dish. The heat comes from two spicy ingredients, the dry roasted chill and chill paste and top with Thai chilli.
