Spirits
Chapel Down Bacchus Gin, England (70cl)
A highly aromatic gin crafted with distilled Bacchus grapes from the Chapel Down harvest. Infused with juniper, coriander, elderflower, orris, angelica, lavender, orange peel and lemon, it has intense aromas of citrus peel, juniper and freshly cut grass leading to an early palate dominated by ripe citrus fruit with a herbal finish. (NV)
Plantation 5YO Rum, Barbados (70cl)
Plantation Barbados 5 years is a blend of rum from Barbados, the birthplace of rum. This blend ages first in Bourbon casks in its native tropical setting before crossing the sea to Chateau Bonbonnet in France. There, in small oak barrels primarily used to age Pierre Ferrand cognac, the rum continues its journey of aging under the watchful eye of the House's cellar master.
77 gin Berry Gin Liqueur, England (50cl)
Bristol Distilling doesn't care much for tradition. Only concerned with flavour, it takes the best parts of distilling, discards the rest, and creates flavourful spirits and liqueurs regardless of convention. This sweet and fruity gin liqueur, with bursts of fresh raspberry and a hint of earthy pomegranate, pairs perfectly with tonic, lemonade and Prosecco. (NV)
Rosé Wine
Bardolino Chiaretto Rosé, Pasqua, Italy
With Pinot Grigio rosé in huge demand, quality can be patchy as some producers try to keep up. Bardolino Chiaretto offers a top quality alternative from a region already recognised for its fantastic reds. Made by customer favourite producer Pasqua on the shores of Lake Garda, this is the perfect rosé for summer. At just 12%, it's fresh and elegant, with youthful notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry.
Miraval Rosé, Côtes de Provence, South of France
A beautifully pale pink colour, with a nose of wild strawberry and stone fruit, with delicate floral touches. Great palate texture, with soft tangerine and peach notes joining layers of berry fruit. (2018)
Red Wine
The Guv'nor!, Spain
The Guv'nor is made by our favourite winemakers. We told them to craft the ideal wine they'd drink at home and to forget any rules to achieve it. The result is a deep, multi-regional Tempranillo that's chock-full of bramble, blackcurrant and vanilla.
LB7 Lisboa Red, Portugal
There's a new Lisboa red in town, and it's EVEN better. Named after Lisbon's central postal code, LB7 is made by Casa Santos Lima, the owner of Portuguese winemaking's most impressive trophy cabinet. Expect a medley of dark briar fruits alongside hints of tobacco and spice that conjure an evening spent in Lisbon's busting tiled squares with excellent tapas and even better company. (2017)
Five Foot Track Shiraz, Australia
A pleasing balance between ripe fruit and savoury, earthy notes. This wine is succulent with lashings of bramble fruit.

Pinot Grigio Superiore, Breganze, Italy
A vibrant Pinot Grigio that offers much more character and class than some. Showing citrus fruit flavours and subtle floral aromas. Good acidity helps create a clean, refreshing wine. (2018)
Five Foot Track Chardonnay, Australia
This is a soft and rounded wine, with characteristics of cooked apple and underlying notes of vanilla.
Villemarin Picpoul de Pinet, Côteaux du Languedoc, South of France
Youthfully pale lemon yellow, with a nose of lemon and lime fruit, and an intriguing blend of white blossom and green herb notes. Vibrant green apple fruit with a refreshingly dry and acidic finish. (2018)

Goodbye 2020 - New Year's Eve Specials
Graham Beck Brut, South Africa
You'll be in good company when you uncork a bottle of this Brut. It's affectionately known as the 'President's Choice' because it was served at both Nelson Mandela's inauguration and Barack Obama's presidential win. It's fresh and creamy, with notes of lime and brioche.
Devaux 'Oeil de Perdrix' Rose Champagne
This is a rosé Champagne that punches well above its price point. It has moreish flavours of redcurrant and raspberries. And the creamy texture is perfect with puddings, especially fruit-based ones.
Nyetimber Classic Cuvee, England
Nyetimber's fizz is often found beating Champagne in blind tastings. It's made by Cherie Spriggs, who won Sparkling Winemaker of the Year in 2019. Expect indulgent layers of toasted brioche, golden apple and honey.

Fine Wine
Pouilly-Fumé Ladoucette, Loire, France
Father-and-son team Jean and Vincent Chatelain are the 11th and 12th generations of an illustrious Loire wine making family. In fact, the family has been making Loire wines since 1630! This unrivalled level of expertise is translated into this beautiful Sauvignon Blanc that's intense, mineral and concentrated with white-fruit, gooseberry and flint flavours.
Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Réserve des Diacres, France
It costs a remortgage-demanding sum to buy a single row of vines in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. So its delicious produce is understandably expensive. Not now - you can grab a heady bouquet of raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry that's backed by regal aromas of sweet spice and chocolate at a steal. But we expect to sell out very quickly. So it's reserved to six bottles per household.
Decoy Zinfandel, Duckhorn, Sonoma County, California, USA
A generous and straightforward wine, with a defined nose of blueberry, cherry and loganberry fruit, accented by soft vanilla oak. The palate is more robust, with the lush fruit framed by firm tannins.
