100% pinot noir. A small independent vineyard, their simple motto is to respect the land and environment and produce traditional authentic styles. Using unique and seasonal hops, all batches of pale ale are bottle conditioned leaving sediments at the bottom of each bottle. It is advisable to pour gentle if you prefer the sediments to remain in the bottle, although we rather like the mix of flavor sensations when they are mingled.
